Well this is beyond effed up.  I called CC and told them what I needed.. they said I had to go to UPS to create an account and pay for the change in delivery.  So I actually went to UPS to check it out.. and I cant create an account because they can't validate my information.  So..fuck em all.

Im actually thinking of going to work.  how fucking pathetic is that.
