Well that went well I think. Phone screen # 2. I loved that when I asked her what she thought a person would need to be successful in the position, she completely repeated all that I had said that I love and miss about HR. I like knowing that work philosophies are similar.
I will know by the beginning of next week if I will have a formal interview.
